TOWARDS A FUNCTIONAL APPROACH IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITY – TLEMCEN UNIVERSITY
These circumstances approach aims to highlight the role of higher education in the development of society and its development, and expand the horizons of knowledge and cultural ; through the contribution of its institutions in the graduation of human resources with the knowledge, science and training, able to work in various fields and scientific disciplines; employing their energies and their potential to achieve its goals relating to education, and the preparation of manpower, in addition to community service; Every mission that are making society University, and a tool for making technical leadership and professional and intellectual; especially with what we are seeing from the emergence of the information society and knowledge which affect the on going social changes society, This underlines the important role of the university in determining the outcomes consistent with the nature of the times; the fact that good preparation for generations to contribute to the transfer of culture and work on community service and development of all aspects of social, economic, and political knowledge.
