THE IMPACT USING VIRTUAL TRAINING ON JOB COMPETENCIES IN MINISTRY OF EDUCATION IN SULTANATE OF OMAN

Abstract:
The current study aimed to use virtual training and measure their impact on job competencies for a sample of employees in the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman, the sample consisted of (230) employees in various departments in the ministry, and after applying the study tools represented in the scale of job competencies scale towards using Virtual training and using Moodle application through which statistical treatments were performed on the results of the experimental group, The present study found a statistically significant difference at the level of significance of a ≤ 0,05 between The average degrees of the pre and post applications of the members of the experimental group in developing functional competencies is due to the effect of using the virtual training , in addition to that there is a positive relationship between the use of virtual training towards them among the members of the experimental group, and there is also a positive relationship between the use of virtual training and the functional competencies of Members of the experimental group, and in light of the above, it was possible for the researcher to extract a set of recommendations and suggestions that can be used in the field.
