THE EFFECTIVENESS OF A RELIGIOUS COUNSELING PSYCHOLOGICAL PROGRAM TO DEVELOP ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION AMONG FEMALE SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract The present study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a religious counseling psychological program in developing academic achievement motivation among female secondary school students in the Northern Mazar /Jordan. The sample consists of two groups, the first is the experimental group (n=20) female student, and the other is control group (n=20) female student. To achieve the objectives of the study, the academic achievement motivation scale was used and the religious counseling program is designed, It consists of (11) sessions, two sessions weakly, and the session spent (60) minutes.the results found that there are statistically significant differences between the average performance of the experimental and control groups in academic achievement motivation of the experimental group. the results of the study also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences among the members of experimental group on the measure of academic achievement motivation, which indicates the continuity of the effectiveness of the counseling program.
