The interest in psychological studies is one of the first priorities of human development scientists, as this directly contributes to knowledge of human behaviors and ways of dealing with them. As for emotional intelligence, it can be considered among the latest findings of psychologists at the end of the last century, and it was his first appearance at the hands of the American scientist Daniel Goleman, who defined him as our ability to know our feelings and the feelings of others and to achieve ourselves, and manage our emotions and our relationships with others in a way effective. The treatment of the topic was from a purely Western perspective, and this appears in most studies that the researcher has seen. This study comes to highlight emotional intelligence from an Islamic perspective because of its extreme importance in human development in general and in Islamic societies in particular. This study aims to highlight the importance of emotional intelligence and its role in knowing the feelings of the soul in order to control, manage and direct it in order to obtain successful relationships between the person and himself and between the person and others, as it strengthens the aspect of self-confidence, and enables it to make decisions wisely and precisely, in order to avoid severe results That may drag into unbearable consequences.
