Summary
This study aimed to identify the impact of the application of electronic management in the Office of Libyan Student Affairs in Malaysia and to know the impact of this on the performance of employees, employees and managers. In practical terms, the importance of the study stems from the importance of applying electronic management in general as a process that aims to improve performance and raise the efficiency and productivity of employees and increase their awareness and provide better services to beneficiaries in the fastest time and with minimal effort and cost, and this study relied on the descriptive approach and on theoretical studies From previous studies, research, articles, reports, and magazines, as well as the practical study (practical) that included a form and was distributed to students, officials, administrators and employees in the Libyan Student Affairs Office in Malaysia (the subject of the study) in order to find opinions They and their experience to benefit from them in overcoming the problem of the study, and to achieve these goals the researcher has used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data and then distribute it to the study community from managers and employees in the Libyan Student Affairs Office in Malaysia and some students, and the data received from the questionnaire was analyzed in the SPSS statistical program has reached The study indicates that there is a statistically significant relationship (technical capabilities - material capabilities), on the dependent variable which is (job performance), and human capabilities have no direct impact on performance, in general
