Summary
This study dealt with the challenges facing the training process and its success factors. The problem of the study was the low effectiveness of training programs for most organizations, which leads to a decrease in the knowledge and skills of working individuals and the weak level of growth and development of organizations. This study aimed to identify the most important challenges facing the process Training in organizations, factors that help its success, as well as the most important basic steps for the preparation of a system of training programs, in order to identify weaknesses and shortcomings in order to address them, as well as identifying and strengthening strengths. As a result of the nature of the goals that this study seeks, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach that suits this study in addition to the desk knowledge approach in collecting data and information related to the phenomenon in order to describe it and investigate its various aspects and relationships.
