THE PROCESS OF TRANSFORMATION LEADERSHIP IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CIVILIZED MECHANISMS
Abstract
The research presents practical mechanisms for transformational leadership as an applied framework for reaching the development of civilization based on studying the history of the Islamic nation and benefiting from the role models in building a model of development. The problem of research comes from the lack of Islamic models that mimic the bright past of the Islamic model and modern models of leadership and its association with civilizational development. The importance of the research is that it provides a strategic vision for the development of civilization by building models of leadership in line with the spirit of the times and simulates the future and has a structural knowledge of history and the structure of the Renaissance has been based on research understanding of The research methodology was descriptive and based on the researcher's experience and practical experience in the field of research. The research concludes to prove the preliminary hypotheses and build mechanisms for practical application of the leadership. The final results focused on the importance of the link Between vision, strategy, development and evaluation as a basis for leadership that can carry out and maintain civilizational development
