Abstract
This study aims to determine the illustrated the importance of the human resources development in the light of knowledge economy. It also touched upon the statement of Oman digital strategies and their role in human resource development. The study concluded with a set of results and recommendations, the most important of which are as follows: –
– To provide integral scientific and practical environments to prepare a generation that is able to meet the changing needs of the job markets.
– To work on increasing the investment expenditure to expand the modern and technological education, linking the post-basic, university and technological education in addition to training with job market to find a solution for the issue of job seekers.
– To set up the training centers in all the establishments affiliated to the governorates, and qualify trainers and training specialists to conduct on-the-job training for the employees in line with the modern technology.
– The establishment of a knowledge model in Arabic, based on a return to the true religion and the advancement of the Arabic language, cognitive and evoke the Arab heritage, and enrich the cultural diversity within the Arab nation, and openness to other cultures, and stimulating the localization and translation, and others.
