THE IMPACT OF JOB SATISFACTION ON THE CREATIVE BEHAVIOR OF WORKERS IN COMMERCIAL BANKS


The impact of job satisfaction on creative behavior of employees in the Sudanese banks. Attention to innovation and creative behavior increased in recent years because of its active role in supporting the activities of the organization. Similarly, job satisfaction also drow the attention of many researchers. This study aims at examining the impact of job satisfaction on creative behavior of employees in the field of Commercial Sudanese banks in Khartoum state. The descriptive and analytical approach was used, where a questionnaire designed to collect data from the society of the study of worker of commercial banks. a number of four hundred thirty seven questionnaire have been distributed and out of that, three hundred and eighty nine have been collected which consists  the percentage of 89.01% which was valid for the analysis. The statistical methods are used such as Cronbach's alpha, percentages, repetitions and chi square test. The study found that there are significant relationship between job satisfaction and flexibility and the ability of solving problems and the study also found the lack of statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and the originality and fluency. The study recommended for the possibility of testing the effect of other factors such as organizational justice and internal work environment on the behavior of creative workers and apply to study in other sectors.
