THE SYSTEM OF INTERNAL CONTROL IN LIBYAN BANKS AND THEIR RELATION TO FINANCIAL CORRUPTION IN DOCUMENTARY CREDITS
The study aims to identify relation between quality of internal control system in Libyan banks and financial corruption in letter of credits. The study has adopted analytic descriptive method depending on report of audit bureau issued in 2015 with reference to some interview with some managers. Researcher intend to measure variables, depending on multiple regression analysis to test study hypothesis through SPSS. The study shows weakening of internal control system in Libyan banks which lead to increase number of letter of credits due to counterfeiting and mismanagement that could only happen through collusion of bank employees due to lack of legal government control because of current political and security state of the country.
