THE ROLE OF CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS IN SUDANESE UNIVERSITIES FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between hardiness and career adjustment among teachers in Post Basic Education stage in South AL- Batinah in Sultanate of Oman. A random stratified sample which consisted of 306 teachers (178 male and 128 female) was used. To achieve the goal of study, A descriptive correlational design was employed, and both hardiness scale and career adjustment scale were administered to the sample. The psychometric characteristics of both scales were assessed. The findings of this study indicated that there was significant direct correlation between hardiness and career adjustment in teachers, and hardiness predicts career adjustment in them.
