To achieve the objectives of the research the researcher adopted the descriptive approach, and the sample was composed of 100 workers in these factories. The search tool is a questionnaire distributed to the sample. The most important findings is that most the sample individuals are university-level education accounted for 61.3% and demographic factors which effect on the production are (age, marital status, educational level and years of experience). The search proved that the job satisfaction factors affect highly on the production, reaching 89.8%. All statements that reflect the level of job satisfaction achieved with relative importance about 81.2%. One of the main recommendations of the research is the need to focus on job satisfaction and its factors to its impact on increasing production of workers and thus the production of factories.
