The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between Ignatian Spirituality and organizational socialization A sample of teachers in the newly appointed in the education directorate of Babylon Governorate, and the importance of this research includes a rare studies that investigated the relationship between Ignatian Spirituality and organizational socialization.. Based on the random sampling, 450 questionnaires were distributed to employees at the education directorate of Babylon Governorate . Only 388 questionnaires were returned. Out of which 311 questionnaires were usable resulting into a response rate of 94%. The theoretical results show the knowledge gap related to identification the nature of the relationship between Ignatian Spirituality and organizational socialization. Moreover, the practical results show the significant and positive of Ignatian Spirituality and organizational socialization.
