This analytical study was conducted to identify the role of Management Leadership in the management of cultural diversity and its relation to organizational conflict by analyzing the relationship between the three variables: Management Leadership, cultural diversity of human resources, organizational conflict. The aim was to learn how to integrate management leadership with cultural diversity and their relationship with organizational conflict. Through documentary analysis of primary and secondary sources, to answer the question of the study and achieve its objectives arising from the objectives of the Conference on the development of human resources and the enhancement of expertise and administrative capabilities in the field of development.
When Western culture meets Eastern culture through: multinational organizations, the knowledge society, or the internationalization of production. In the business environment, there are cultures that represent human values, either innate difficult to change it or acquired can be changed, and as cultures reflect behaviors, this leads to appear the conflict between workers of different cultures. Thus, management leadership patterns: democracy, charisma, or ethical especially in the presence of organizational conflict.
