The current research aims to identify the role of human resources development and training as an input to improve the sustainable performance of the institution, the researcher has used inductive approach in dealing with the study variables, where the concept of training and its role in the organizations training strategies and steps prepared and constraints of the application of strategies for training in organizations, as well as the management of the training process and the design of training programs, the researcher also addressed the concept of competitive advantage and dimensions, and the researcher has concluded that the importance of management training providing trainees with the information and skills and the different methods of renewable developing their skills and capabilities to try to change their behavior and attitudes positively, and raise the level of performance, efficiency and productivity to the benefit of the organization and its personnel and staff, it is necessary to follow the process of selection and recruitment and training programs to help develop and increase the skills of workers and improve their ability to perform work assigned to them, as well as The researcher concluded that management training is an integral part of Administrative Development and one of its entrances, and he achieved this development as long as there is a unified framework of harmonic development entrances other administrative reorganization and modernization of laws and regulations and the streamlining of procedures and the development of methods and techniques.
