OBSTACLES TO THE STUDY OF IDENTIFYING TRAINING NEEDS FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF TRAINERS AND TRAINERS AND METHODS OF TREATMENT

This research is aimed at identifying obstacles that will determine the needs of training. The research primarily uses a yardstick consisting of 26 words to determine obstacles directed to the trainers. This study includes: Working on overcoming these obstacles in an academic and methodological manner; determining their inability to deal with these obstacles systematically; lastly, producing a conclusive and an academic study by identifying these obstacles in a correct manner. |
