Using innovation to enhance the education process is one of the most used and preferred approach to develop the education systems in the world, and one of the most practical innovations used in this field is using tablets to ease the education process. The main purpose of this article is to present the studies that addressed the topic of learning using the tablet devices instead of paper books and notebooks with a bibliometric study. This bibliometric study covered the elite of Institute of Scientific Information (ISI) articles that are indexed in the Web of Science (WoS) indexing database. Through the analysis of 115 articles that were included in the finding of this study which will be presented in three main Categories; the most important “cited” articles, journals, authors, and keywords, The most productive authors, journals, countries, and finally the methodological approach characteristics of the studies. These information will help the researcher in this field to save their time and effort to identify the key studies and issues in this field.
