The study aims to identify obstacles to the application of quality and excellence in the stages of public education in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom from the point of view of teachers. The analytical descriptive approach was applied to a random sample of (600) teachers. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. (School administration, teacher, student, curriculum, educational environment) emerged from the number (50) sub-words. One of the most important results: to reach a list of obstacles based on the views of teachers. Some of the most important recommendations are: the establishment of a budget allocated to quality and excellence, the use of specialists to train teachers, the dissemination of a culture of improving results, and linking the concepts of quality and excellence in the curriculum.
