THE QUALITY THE WORK LIFE AND ITS RELATION TO POSITIVE THINKING (A FIELD STUDY OF EMPLOYEES IN YOUTH AND SPORT INSTITUTIONS IN WILAYA OF OUARGLA)


 

Abstract:

The study aims to show the relation between the quality the work life and positive thinking of youth and sport institutions in Wilaya of Ouargla. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method, he depended on the standard of quality the work life (Abdel-Fattah al-Maghraby, 2004) and the measure of positive thinking Ingram Wisinky (2012), as a main tool for the study, while the sample size of (176) employees of youth and sport institutions of Wilaya of Ouargla were chosen randomly.

Main results of the study:

     There is a statistically significant relationship between all dimensions of quality of life and positive thinking, except salaries and rewards where no correlation was with positive thinking.

     There were no statistically significant differences between the average of the

 Sample of the study sample on the availability of the dimensions of the career quality attributed to the variable (gender, job rank, work area).

     There were no statistically significant differences between the mean of the sample of the study in positive thinking attributed to the variable (sex, number of years of service, etc).
