THE TRAINING AND ITS ROLE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN SOCIETIES


ABSTRACT

The training of human resources has recently gained widespread global attention. Training is one of the most important means of human resource development. Most researchers and scholars have recently concluded that an organization's achievement of its desired goals and aspirations is highly dependent on the capabilities of its available human resources.

The training of human resources is planned carefully and accurately and not randomly. Moreover, it aims to achieve many goals and ultimately lead to raising the general level of individuals and groups.

Recently, and along with the advance in technology and information systems, a new type of training has emerged. This is called e-training which is characterized by saving time, effort and expenses.  Nowadays, training has gained considerable attention for its importance in building and developing human resources. Therefore, today many organizations and institutions seek to change and improve the behavior of their members through out training. Thus, their behavior becomes much better after completion of the training period and it well also contribute significantly to the development and construction process.
