HUMAN RESOURCES AND THEIR ROLE IN BUILDING SOCIETIES
Abstract :
Most organizations and institutions rely on two main sources for their daily work: human resources and financial resources. However, human resources are still considered as the most precious and valuable resources at all, the man is the center of development and its goal as well as the influential and maker of civilizations.
Today as the world is witnessing progress and development in various fields and sciences, different officials and people concerned with human resources must prepare and have highly standards to improve these human resources, , because they have influential in building societies and because there is no real development in society unless there is development in human resources.
The contemporary Malaysian experience is a successful contemporary model, which has succeeded in presenting a modern model for Muslims. Furthermore, human resources are the key to success and change in any project and UN reports stressed the importance of developing countries relying on their human resources rather than their financial resources.
