This essay aims to show the importance of the Human Resources in the economy of Knowledge through its performances for its development,whether by inventing the updated techniques or to achieve an efficient use for these techniques which ensures reaching the best possible degree of production .Moreover,it is also ought to work on creating a human capital characterised by knowledge,intelligence and the skills that fit today's knowledge requirements.
This topic will be discussed through very significant elements , begining with :identifying the main concepts ,then ,giving more details about the importance of knowledge economy ,to end up with mentioning the sinificance of human resources and its value in the knowledge economy.
