THE TRAINING PROCESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCIENTIFIC METHODOLOGY


This study dealt with the basic stages of the training process in accordance with the scientific methodology. The problem of the study was the presence of indicators of low levels of training in some institutions due to a number of reasons, the most important of which is not to apply the basic training stages properly according to sound scientific methodology, especially when planning and designing training programs, The study aimed to clarify the concept of training and its importance and types and to clarify the basic stages of the training process according to the scientific methodology, in addition to the preparation of the researcher outline the steps of training according to the scientific methodology. As a result of the nature of the objectives sought by this study the researcher relied on descriptive approach that fits this study in addition to the cognitive approach In the collection of data and information related to the phenomenon in order to describe and investigate their manifestations and their different relations. The results of the study indicated that the training is an integrated system in terms of inputs, processes and outputs and is also integrated with the administrative and organizational activities and systems within the organization in order to reach the organization's progress and progress. In addition, the researcher concluded that the training is an administrative and technical process The researcher concluded that the training process is a basic and continuous process that can not be abandoned at any stage in the life of the organization. It is a continuous process of improvement and improvement for the organization and its members.
Finally, the researcher recommends a number of recommendations To sensitize the training departments to the importance of applying the scientific methodology to the stages of the training process and to take care of the process of identifying the training needs as one of the most important training stages on the basis of which the training programs are being built, as well as focusing on modern methods in implementing the training programs. The process of evaluation of the training process, which begins in the planning phase of the training program and the study of feedback to develop and improve and achieve the objectives of the planned training.
