This research aims to identify the efforts of digital public relations in managing the mental image of the tourism sector and its reflection on the cultural and knowledge awareness of the Jordanian public, the study community included the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and Jordan Tourism Promotion Authority. The sample consisted of (100) respondents from the staff of the Department of Public Relations in the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the Jordanian Tourism Promotion Authority. The study found that there are implications for the efforts of digital public relations in managing the mental image of the tourism sector on the cultural and cognitive awareness of the Jordanian public. Employees at the information and communication offices have a vision of digital public relations efforts in managing the mental image of the tourism sector in Jordan. In addition, it was found that there is a correlation between the factors determining the formation of knowledge among the segments and members of the Jordanian society and their actual orientation towards digital public relations efforts.
