Abstract:
In this context, the study emphasizes the importance of these methods in the fight against terrorism through the following points:
First, the family is the first and main stage in the prevention of terrorism and violent extremism. However, activating this role requires enhanced cooperation and coordination with official bodies and civil society organizations.
Second: Education is an important element in the strategy aimed at combating terrorism, especially the preventive role. Education contributes to the promotion of moderation and moderation in societies. The competent authorities should activate the role of training and qualification of teachers to ensure the graduation of generations holed up against deviant and extremist ideas. If it is not enough to design curricula that promote moderation and moderation only, the teacher is the means by which pupils receive knowledge and knowledge, and does not hide the emotional impact of the teacher in his pupils.
Thirdly, "strict" means alone are not enough to fight terrorism, especially since the battle with terrorism is originally an intellectual battle. Therefore, it is important to adopt "soft" strategies aimed at rehabilitating those convicted of terrorist crimes. These strategies have proven successful in many of the countries that have implemented them, As Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.
