Abstract:
There is no doubt that the university institutions with different branches and specializations have a great role and a positive impact on the development of the institutions of society and its members, As well as on the development of areas of life and sustainable development through high educational outputs of the overall quality hoped for in its services ,The progress achieved and the achievement of civilizational services and the positive interactive interaction among societies to ensure development and reconstruction ,But the scientific reality confirms that there is a real gap between the university education institutions, knowledge, experience and training, and the challenges and difficulties faced by graduates in the labor market and the difficulties of finding jobs suitable for their qualifications, Many Several questions were raised about the role and impact of university higher education institutions in solving social and economic problems of individuals to find how to invest this distinguished scientific institution in a successful investment, by using the best scientific, intellectual, material and human resources, by developing concepts and correcting perceptions about the total quality system among members, employees and employees of the university institution. For university institutions. In this article, I try to review the most important negative causes and challenges facing the weak role of some university institutions to play their leading role in society.
