Abstract
This study aimed to reveal the impact of artificial intelligence applications for administrative leaders in the development of human capital in the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman from their point of view. The leaders themselves considered, and the tool consisted of (29) items distributed on two scales: the Artificial Intelligence Applications Scale (13) items, and the Human Capital Development Scale (16) items. The study sample members were chosen by stratified random method, where the study sample consisted of (290) leaders from the administrative leaders representing the directors of the departments and their assistants and the administrative and technical supervisors in the ministry and in all the directorates of the department. Educational governorates in the Sultanate of Oman. The results of the study showed that the degree of administrative leaders' application of artificial intelligence applications was medium for the axes of (user behavior) and (availability of experts), and large for the axes of (system capacity) and (training and development), and that the degree of administrative leaders' practice of human capital development was (medium). The results also showed a direct (weak) positive impact of artificial intelligence applications on the development of human capital among the administrative leaders of the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman.
