ABSTRAC:
Professional organizations are workers' craft conglomerates that have appeared in the Arab Islamic society since the third century AH / 9th century A.D. and organized themselves in the form of administrative bodies, each unit independent of the other based on the craft, these organizations began to crystallize with the economic growth and development and the emergence of specialization in the markets, so it became Every market has a craft for which its owners meet, such as the blacksmiths, carpenters, merchants, butchers, sculptors, clothes and other crafts, and then the matter has evolved into organizing themselves to more like unions and bodies, with its laws and customs, and its administrative and social divisions, as it played a major economic, social and political role and had relations with the state authorities Islamic Arab is built on the basis of partnership and social and economic interest.
