ABSTRAC:
This study discusses one of the important issues in the Omani affairs, through studying the impact of the institution’s culture on managing change in selected institutions in the Sultanate of Oman, through the emergence of the problem of low government performance versus performance in the private sector. From this standpoint, this field study came to shed light on the impact of the institution's culture on managing change in selected institutions in the Sultanate of Oman The study showed the role of the culture of the institution on managing change in government and private institutions in the Sultanate of Oman, as well as the presence of a direct positive and statistically significant impact of the culture of the institution on the management of change in government and private institutions in the Sultanate of Oman to a big degree.
