Abstract
he aim of the current research is to find out the obstacles to developing future thinking skills among high school students from the point of view of the history course teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the researcher used the descriptive survey approach, and the researcher took the questionnaire as a tool to obtain two axes. History from the point of view of the parametersAnd the results of the research found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the viewpoint of the sample members from the teachers of the history course on determining the availability of future thinking skills among secondary school students in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate according to the difference in the variable of experience in the field of teaching, and the absence of differences Statistical significance between the viewpoint of the sample members from the history course teachers on identifying obstacles to developing future thinking skills among secondary school students in Al-Qunfudhah governorate according to the difference in the variable of experience in the field of teaching.
