Abstract
This research focuses on digital education as a need, and necessity imposed by reality, imposed by the global crisis of (Covid-19) He also talks about the possibility of adopting it as a strategic alternative to urban education, about the constraints that prevent this from being achieved, and about the nature of those constraints . The researcher made the basis of the research and its main reference; the first verse from Surat ‘Al-Alaq’, and it is the Almighty saying:
(Read: In the Name of your Lord, who created.) ‘Al-Alaq-1’ and this is for many purposes, separated from the discussion in his research.
