PUBLIC POLICY ANALYSIS IN VIEW OF NEW HISTORICAL INSTITUTIONALISM AND COGNITIVEAPPROACH
Abstract
Public policies analysis has become one of the most important political science field. In one decade,specialized research in political science has increased, especially after the emergence of theoretical approaches of analyzing public policies, as a result of multiplicity of intellectual trends and European and Anglo-Saxon political intellectual developments, particularly in the post-World War II period. New Historical institutionalism andcognitiveapproach are two of these theoretical approaches.This paper aims to study the contributions of the new Historical institutionalism ndcognitiveapproach in public policy analysis.
