RECRUITMENT OF MALE AND FEMALE TEACHERS FOR VIRTUAL CLASSES IN SAUDI EDUCATION DURING THE CORONA PANDEMIC: A NEW HORIZON, MAJOR CHALLENGES, POLICIES AND SOLUTIONS.


Abstract

The current study aimed to monitor the reality of employing virtual classrooms during the Corona pandemic in the educational environment, as it sheds light on scientific research as one of the tools used to face the crisis. The current study is classified within the post evaluation studies, where the two questionnaire tools were applied, and the interviews with a sample of male and female teachers in Saudi public education are to be judged on the experience from the teachers 'and female teachers' perspective. So the number of male and female teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participating in the current study reached 575 respondents in all regions of the Kingdom. The electronic questionnaire tool was applied to reached at all levels, including primary, intermediate and secondary levels. It also included public, private and international schools, and Quran school. The sample also included experienced teachers rather than newly hired teachers. The study found findings about teachers' visions that benefit in developing future visions for employing virtual classrooms.
