Abstract:
The research aims to identify the role of electronic management in developing administrative performance. As well as knowing the obstacles facing electronic management to develop administrative performance. And also knowing the proposals that address the obstacles facing electronic management to develop administrative performance. Study methodology: Using the descriptive and analytical approach, by identifying the phenomenon, describing it and analyzing it to reach the results.
Main results:-
Electronic management has a role in developing administrative performance, as this is represented in several aspects such as: mastering administrative work, accuracy and speed in achievement, reducing production costs, facilitating tasks, and shortening the administrative shadow.
There are obstacles facing the electronic administration to develop administrative performance represented in: organizational, human, technical, financial, and information security aspects .
To overcome the obstacles, the matter requires attention to training the human resources that undertake the transition towards electronic management, and to fulfill the requirements of achieving electronic management .
