Abstract :
This research dealt with the provision of banking services and their role in the joy of the customer, as it presented a theoretical aspect of the research variables as well as the practical side that included a questionnaire form to know the role of banking services in the joy of the customer, and the independent variable represented in banking services. The dependent variable is the joy of the customer, and the research tried to answer On a set of questions represented by the research problem (Does the method of providing banking service contribute to achieving the customer’s delight?) As for the aim of the research, it was to analyze the relationship between the variables of banking services and the variables of the customer’s joy to determine the level of commitment of private banks to the quality of providing their banking services through their dimensions. Iraqi private banks listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange amounting to (18) banks. As for the research sample, it was intentionally composed of five of the best banks listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange. The research concluded with a set of conclusions, the most important of which is (that the method and quality of providing banking services is of great importance in achieving customer delight, and thus banking services are not a goal in itself, but rather a means to achieve customer satisfaction and joy). The research also reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which (The research sample banks should pay great attention to the type of banking services and the way they are provided, and work to develop them through attention to creativity, innovation and the promotion of the aspect
