Abstract:
Learning about the experience led by the Gulf countries concenrningphilantrophy is intended to understand how integrated the visions are among the components of a multistate economic and human conglomerate. This form is rare in the era of the contomporary Islamic state.
The main goal, however, is to demonstrate the complementarity in achieving philantrophy , which has a significant impact on humans, the environment ,and animals.
It is worth mentioning that when extrapolating the reality of charitable organizations in tej Gulf countries, we notice that they are widely supported by the inhabitants and the governments. This support has made it easy for these organizations to have an abundance of financial resources from charitable stewards and certifiers.Based on two different approaches, the objectives of this research lie in demonstrating the reality of philantrophy in the Gulf Cooperation Council besides showcasing the challenges and determinants of expanding philantrophy in the area. The descriptive approach: I describe the philantrophy in terms of development and service besides the elements of innovation. the analytical approach: this approach aims at analysing the role and reality of philantrophy in the Gulf countries through a proactive vision. These are the two findings of this study. First, the importance of working on studying the needs of the charitable institutions in the Gulf countries to promote its effectiveness and direct impact on the development. Second, the framework of the charitable organizations is limited to social rather than developmental care.
