GREEN MARKETING AND ITS ROLE IN THE BUSINESS OF INSTITUTIONS (A FIELD STUDY IN THE ANBAR GOVERNORATE HEALTH DIRECTORATE)

Abstract This study aimed to diagnose the relationship between the dimensions of green marketing (abolition of the concept of waste, the formation of products, the relationship between price and cost, environmental orientation) and the work of institutions in the health field, as well as to highlight the role played by green marketing to improve the image of Iraqi health institutions. The study came with several results, the most important of which here is a correlation between the dimensions of green marketing and the work of health institutions. The current study also recommended seriously adopting green marketing as a priority requirement for the establishment in order to maintain a clean environment as well as meet the desires of its customers. The Iraqi Ministry of Health / Directorate of Health of Anbar Governorate was chosen to test the hypotheses of this study by means of a questionnaire and its paragraphs that were prepared for the purpose, and included (300) members of the department, complete with (managers in all departments and some administrative and professional employees). What is the level of awareness of the research sample of the contents of the green marketing axis? What is the nature of the impact of green marketing activities on the business of institutions? And what is the nature of the relationship between green marketing and the business of institutions?”, The importance of the study was evident in its handling of the health axis, which is considered one of the vital axes because of its great impact on the service, environmental and economic aspects in the country, in addition to its effectiveness in various aspects.
