THE DEGREE OF EDUCATIONAL LEADERS EMPLOYING DIGITAL MEDIA IN SCHOOL LEADERSHIP A SURVEY OF SCHOOL PRINCIPALS IN THE RAMTHA DISTRICT

Abstract The study sheds light on the degree of educational leaders employing digital media in school leadership, and the researchers used the survey method on a study population represented by all the principals of schools in the Ramtha district, and through the comprehensive inventory method and the questionnaire tool, the study concluded that educational leaders use digital media in school leadership, and that Their employment of digital media in school leadership to develop the capabilities of the teaching staff, and that the use of digital media allows simultaneous communication with more than one contact point, and that there are statistically significant differences in the employment of digital media due to the impact of the academic qualification of educational leaders and in favor of a doctorate, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the interaction Educational leaders through digital media Attributable to the effect of years of experience and in favor of 10 years or more.
