THE PRINCIPLE OF UNIVERSAL GOODWILL, AND ITS IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMANITY AND CIVILIZATION CONSTRUCTION.

Dr. El hassan Chajid

Abstract This research deals with the issue of benevolence from an Islamic perspective, and it aims to answer the question: How does Islam view benevolence towards non-Muslims? Undoubtedly, this question raises other inquiries that aim to examine the universality of benevolence established by Islamic logic, which differs from the logic of charitable work in other legislations. Therefore, the importance of the topic appears in establishing an effective Islamic logic in dealing with non-Muslims and requires evidence to prove its perspective through several texts from Islamic law, its purposes, and historical evidence. This serves as a guide to discuss a number of hypotheses such as the inclusiveness of benevolence in Islamic logic, the reduction of the severity of human crises and conflicts due to the logic of Islam in benevolence, and how benevolence in Islamic logic is a bridge connecting civilizations and humanity as a whole. The research followed the path of tracing, analysis, and comparison in analyzing its data, by presenting the resources that establish the global logic of benevolence from the principles of Islamic law and subjecting them to the logic of analysis and description, relying on models of charitable work towards non-Muslims throughout history, whether verbally or practically, and comparing it with the logic of benevolence among others. This leads to the conclusion of the effectiveness of Islamic benevolence in forming a person who is saturated with values of coexistence and development, capable of influencing the extension of communication bridges between civilizations. Thus, this article concludes with some results, most notably: - Emphasizing the universality of benevolence and charitable work and that it is not limited to Muslims in the eyes of Islamic law, which affects the nature of the relationship between Muslims and others. - No consideration for religious differences in the Islamic perception of charitable work, which contributes to strengthening influential human commonalities in the logic of universal development. - Benevolence towards non-Muslims in Islamic logic includes words and actions, due to the positive effects it has on all humanity. - The strength of Islamic logic in charitable work is evident in its real and expected effects on individuals and communities alike.
