The study Taken the total application quality management requirement in the relationship between change management and facility performance at Khartoum Air Company limited 2016-2020 AD.
The problem of study was the presence of mistakes that departments make, which lead better application of the total quality management program and requirements and thus limit the work change management which leads to a lack of improved performance in organizations Based on the extreme importance. the problem can be formulated through the main question what comprehensive quality management comprehensive means of improving performance the problem can be formulated through the main question: what the role of applying comprehensive quality management requirements in the relationship between change management

Including the application of total quality management, it plays a role achieving the company's objective it reduces performance costs there is resistance from company's employees to the change process.
The study reached several recommendations, including paying attention to the process on modern technology in order to increase the skills employees and inform departments of customer needs and work to achieve them.
