THE CONTRIBUTION OF WOMEN IN CHARITABLE WORK THROUGH THE PRINCIPLES OF AL-MU'AYYAD AL-SHIRAZI (914 AH): A STUDY OF ISSUES AND MODELS"

This research attempts to highlight the extent of women's presence in charity work in the societies of Western Islamic countries, with reference to the aspects in which women have contributed to charity work based on the principles of Al-Wansharisi's standard (914 AH). The study takes a jurisprudential and social approach, using descriptive and analytical methods to demonstrate the extent of women's participation in charitable work and their contribution to achieving public benefit. The research concludes that women in Western Islamic countries have contributed to charity work and participated alongside men in achieving economic development and building the cultural renaissance of the nation. Women have devoted themselves and their resources to their relatives and others in their communities.
