Abstract:
This study aimed to identify the degree of the role of the strategic leadership in the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait during the Corona crisis and its relationship to the performance of teachers from their point of view. The study community is composed of all the teachers of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone in the State of Kuwait, and their number is (3000) teachers, and the study sample amounted to (200) male and female teachers, who were chosen was chosen by the stratified random method. The researcher used the questionnaire as a study tool. To achieve the goal of the study, two questionnaires were built of (16) items distributed in two areas, one of which measures the degree the role of strategic leadership and consisted of (8) items and the other measures the performance of teachers consisting of (8) items, both from the teachers ’point of view.
The results of the study showed that the degree of the role of strategic leadership in the Ministry of Education from the teachers ’point of view was moderate, and the results also showed that the degree of teachers’ performance in the Ministry of Education from the teachers ’point of view was moderate, and the results showed the existence of positive direction relationships between the role of strategic leadership and performance Teachers.
