ABSTRACT

The world has witnessed a leap in the field of information and communication technology and has greatly affected the human lifestyle, as modern technological means and related applications have become an integral part of the daily life of human beings, especially in the administrative field, as it produced realistic thinking embodied in e-management, it’s a type of practice Modern techno-management, through which the administration has witnessed wide turns at the level of administrative thought, forcing many countries to adopt strategies based on planning as an inevitability imposed by global changes, especially during crises. Overall, keeping pace with digital transformation. Through this research paper, we aim to present the important basics of e-management and its stages of transformation by highlighting the strategies adopted for the digital transformation of management from luxury to inevitable, especially in the Corona crisis, trying to shed light on the Algerian experience of some digital transformations.
